Kudos to the team from Aqua Paradise Pools & Spas. I visited all the local competition in the area and no one matched the knowledge and helpfulness better than Aqua Paradise. It made our decision very easy when we decided to purchase.  A few years later we had an issue with the tub and having a party the next day which was on the weekend, there was no hesitation for a service member to respond to the issue immediately. The party went on as scheduled. I could not have asked for any more. These guys rock!  We had a somewhat small job of adding a pool railing to the stairs of an existing inground pool to makes things safe for my elderly mom. Kevin and the service department were receptive to our needs and found a way to work us into their very busy schedule. They were flexible about the kind of railing we needed and very prompt and timely in the scheduling. My dad said the crew was very efficient and did a great job. This is high praise indeed. I will be forever grateful to Aqua Paradise for the peace of mind they provided me about my folks. They made the difference between a pool being something to look at and one two 90 year olds can use. Chris and Kelvin went way above and beyond yesterday in both customer service and efficiency when they installed a new 300lb sand filter with glass media & a salt chlorine generation system and opened my inground pool. Key takeaways are Chris' plumbing of the new system is beautiful, they left the area cleaner than when they arrived, both were extremely friendly and answered all of my questions (some of them twice) as I learned the new equipment, and they didn't rush or make me feel rushed. Chris & Calvin did an excellent job opening our in-ground gunite pool this morning. We really appreciated the job they did rolling up the tarp cover and weight bags and preparing them for storage. After being repeatedly dissatisfied with another local, we'll-known pool company for opening and closing my in-ground pool for the last 3 years, I decided to give Aqua Paradise a try. They opened my pool today as scheduled-first time that has happened. The previous company did not show on the scheduled date, any of the three years I used them. I would get a call days later saying when they could reschedule. Both Chris and Kelvin were professional and extremely friendly. Far superior to what I have experienced with the other company. They offered suggestions of things I might want to consider, without trying to sell me their services or products. I had a couple of questions that they answered without hesitation. We have been using this pool place for all our pool needs. We have an in-ground pool and my husband is very obsessive about it being clean & clear. He vacuums it every day to every other day. Checks the chemical content and ph balance all the time. This business in Hampton & in Portsmouth has been our go-to place for all our pool needs. We recently had to get our pool relined, and they were very thorough double double-checking the measurements before ordering the liner. We had lots of choices of designs and they made it clear if a design I chose would cost me more than the quoted price. They removed and disposed of old liner and prepared and installed new liner in 3 days. We bought a new pump (old one finally died) that we installed after the pool was done. It leaked immediately. I took pictures and showed them where it was leaking. At first they were willing to repair it until I showed the repair tech how it was leaking (Live Photo from iPhone). He just replaced it and was even willing to go to the other store after work to rewire it to the wattage we needed. I refused to let him be up late at night for that. We picked up the new pump and returned the old after the weekend and he rewired the new. Every time we have an issue we bring in pictures of what we have and where there is a problem with the equipment so they can advise us correctly. This business has always been helpful and done right by us, I couldn't ask for a better place to help us with our pool needs. (Yelp Review)

It's so great to have a store here in Hampton, but its the employee who makes the store. Sky is the best! She is so competent and always willing to give advice, not just to upsell products. It seems like she lives there! Always so pleasant, and artistic talent so obvious. I remember first seeing the mural she chalked behind the test counter. Wow!! It still impresses me every time I go in for a water test.

This is the friendliest and most helpful pool supply store I've been to in the past 10 years. The employees are very knowledgeable and have been correct in sorting out my various pool "issues". We've had our pool now for 10 years but I only started coming to Aqua Paradise a year ago, wish I had come sooner- it would have saved us a lot of grief dealing with the other companies who didn't know what they were talking about, didn't care what your problem was and would knowingly sell you products you didn't need.
